The Products screen allows you to search the current MFP inventory by typing the information you’re searching for in one of the search boxes below the title bar line or use one of the drop down boxes available on certain columns. Once the information is entered use the SEARCH button above the grid header to perform the search task.

You can use any one of the above fields or combination of these fields as selection criteria to enhance your search when querying for inventory on the Products inquiry screen using the following commands:

The ‘like’ ( * ) command is best used when only part of the information is known, ie; typing 06P* in the Part Number field will return all part numbers that begin with 06P, similarly *06P* will return all part numbers that contain the string 06P in any position.

The ‘greater than’ ( > ) and ‘less than’ ( < ) commands are best used in numeric searches on Qty and Price. However, these commands can be used when searching alphabetically, ie; the search <B will return all items that begin with an A.

The following fields contain MFP specific information and are restricted to drop down menu selections:

Search is not case sensitive so either upper or lower case is acceptable.
