- What inventory is presented on the web site?
The web site presents current on hand inventory that is available for sale at each MFP location. However, quantities cannot be guaranteed until a purchase order has been accepted by an MFP sales representative.
- What if I need a quantity that is greater than what is showing in stock?
You may submit a request for a quantity greater than we show on hand. Please see the Contact page for information on how to contact us by phone, fax or email. We will do our best to locate and acquire the required product from our global supply base.
- Can I request items that are not shown on the web site?
Yes, if we do not have it we will do our best to find it. Please see the Contact.
- Do you deal in currencies other than US Dollars?
As noted on our website, all prices are in US Dollars but we are also equipped to deal in Canadian Dollars, British Pounds and Euros.
- Can the inventory be searched?
The Products screen allows you to search the current MFP inventory by typing the information you’re searching for in one of the search boxes below the title bar line or use one of the drop down boxes available on certain columns. Once the information is entered use the SEARCH button above the grid header to perform the search task.
You can search in a variety of ways on the following fields:
- Part Number
- Is the SEARCH function case sensitive?
Search is not case sensitive so either upper or lower case is acceptable.
